What is happening with my account??

I am a little puzzled - Clearscore shows me as having missed two payments - in April and May - yet I pay by debit order and if I log in to my IDMobile account it shows all as being in order - so I’m confused and maybe someone at IDMobile can contact me via Facebook Messenger or on my email at peter.d.burgess@gmail.com
