leaving process

My sim only contract ends on 19/07/2025 with my last bill being on 04/07/2025. What do I need to do to ensure my plan doesn't roll on? Unfortunately I know I can't keep my number as stay on a better ID contract offered by a third party so I plan to move for 12 months and will probably come back depending on the best value for money sin deal I can find.
