I signed up last night and had my contract through. This morning I’ve sent the PAC switch over request through but I’ve had no confirmation come through. I also can’t log into my account without a iD mobile number to check the status. How can I find out if the PAC submission was successful?

Use the online web chat service to contact iD customer support about your PAC,

Have you got your iD SIM card yet?
If yes, your iD SIM is ready to use, so pop it into a phone and call/text a friend / family member. They’ll be able to tell you the number iD have allocated to your iD account.
