PAC switch status


I signed up last night and had my contract through. This morning I’ve sent the PAC switch over request through but I’ve had no confirmation come through. I also can’t log into my account without a iD mobile number to check the status. How can I find out if the PAC submission was successful?

Use the online web chat service to contact iD customer support about your PAC, ​@Brummoi

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays.

Have you got your iD SIM card yet? 

If yes, your iD SIM is ready to use, so pop it into a phone and call/text a friend / family member. They’ll be able to tell you the number iD have allocated to your iD account.

Thank you. 

My PAC switch is being processed and it’s a race between that and my sim being delivered. Let’s see who wins.
