No calls again

Again, I have no service and cannot make our receive calls.As such I cannot call my GP for an appointment, thanks ID. I am really beginning to regret my decision to join you. I am waiting for calls from 3 hospitals to arrange appointments so will you please get your act together as soon as possible.

Same as me this morning. I luckily have a landline and had to call my GP on that. But I’m due a face time call this afternoon. I can’t find where to contact customer services to report it?!

Missed today's GP appointments cos of this. Cannot find details to call or message ID and they don't seem very active on here, customer service isn't acceptable is it.
