Porting my number

I just got I’d phone and sim been ringing customer services for hours as it won’t let me keep my number from Vodafone 

keeps saying old number and pac code are in correct but they are correct

Hi 

thanks I have returned the phone and then got an email to say I owe the full two years but I was within the 14 days ?

So I need to pay the bill for what I’ve used 

cancel the direct debit 

get refund for the upfront cost 

how do I do all this please
