The past two times I’ve travelled out of the U.K. to Lanzarote and now Germany, I get the text to say roaming is available. I check mobile data and roaming is switched on but on both occasions I cannot get 4G signal so navigating to my hotel today was a struggle and took a lot longer!

Thank you for your answer. When I take off automatic network selection, I get a ‘’loading’ circle appear that never shows a list to choose from??
+22If it’s an iPhone it takes a while for the list to show.

Is the ROAMING option turned on in your iD account online / the iD app?
