I landed in the USA earlier today and got a message to say I had used 100% of my add on....which is only £5, but I can see I still have 42GB of data left?
Do I need to add the 15GB 12 month add on to be able to have Internet access in the US?

Unfortunately add ons would not be usable while in the USA, we wouldn’t recommend purchasing an add on if you intention is for usage while in the USA.
While in the USA you won’t be able to use your normal monthly data allowance, you’ll be charged according to the usage used.

I have only just been alerted to this reply and purchases the add on yesterday which is of course not useless. How do I reverse the add on?
