Hello ID I bought a add on for roaming as I am away in turkey. Spent 35 pounds on it and haven't been able to us it once. Can you sort this out for me please or take the money off my monthly package or a refund please. I need to get back in contact with home. I will be leaving ID on the 24th when my contract is up because I've had nothing but trouble with you.

Hello. Thank you for getting back too me. I have tried that and followed all your guides to get it working on your site but still nothing.

Done this also. Still doesn't work. I paid £35 for 20gb internet and haven't been able to use any of it. Only been able to contact home and speak to your self through hotel internet early morning or late at night it's terrible service. Can you sort this for me please.
