ID RUBBISH CAN NOT GET TO TALK TO ANYONE, ON HOLIDAY IN AUSTRALIA RECEIVE TEXTS  EVERY STATE YOU ARE IN, SHOWING ANOUNT PER CALL YOU MAKE, CALLS ARE LESS THEN 2 MINUTES AND YOU GET CUT OFF DURING THE CALL ASKING FOR MORE  CREDIT TO BE ADDED NOT GOOD WHEN TRYING TO SORT OUT TAXI PICK UP FOR AIRPORT WHEN FLIGHT HAS BEEN CHANGED CANT GET OUT OF CONTRACT UNTIL NOVEMBER 2025 😡😡

A local SIM would probably have been a cheaper option, ​@Cheri Birch.

The charges for roaming in Australia are listed on our website as kindly advised by ​@andewhite. If you wish to have longer or more calls etc, you’d simply need to increase your bill cap via the iD Mobile app/website.

 

You’d only be cut off asking you to increase your cap, as we cut you off to protect you from spending more than you’ve asked us to cap you at.
