Bought a roaming 5 day add on for turkey and not wo4king

I bought 5he 5 day roaming add on for turkey. Not working and can't get anything unless i connect to wifi which isn't the point. Followed all the instructions like manually selecting the network, switching on and off multiple times and also resetting the networks. Waste of £20 and not good that i can't rely on this!
