Calls from the UK to an Italian landline or mobile are not included in your calls allowance, @Ellie0.Assuming you’ve allowed ‘International’ calls using your iD account, ifyour bill cap is £0, you can’t phone Italy from the UK because iD have no way of billing for the call.These community articles might help.
