Hi all, I have an unlimited plan on data, call and messages. But I have just received a text as I entered Dublin port that I will be charged for anything I use. Is this a mistake by ID?

Great news! Ireland is one of our free Roaming destinations which means that you can use your monthly data allowance and add-ons at no extra cost, up to 30GB. You need to connect to either Hutchison 3G Ireland Ltd, Eircom Limited or Vodafone Ireland. Maybe you connected to the ships mobile network which the prices are extortionate for and are not included? You can always add a £0 spend cap just incase to avoid any unexpected charges.
