Hi all, I have an unlimited plan on data, call and messages. But I have just received a text as I entered Dublin port that I will be charged for anything I use. Is this a mistake by ID?

You need to connect to eitherHutchison 3G Ireland Ltd, Eircom Limited or Vodafone Ireland. Maybe you connected to the ships mobile network which the prices are extortionate for and are not included? You can always add a £0 spend cap just incase to avoid any unexpected charges.
