Cannot make international call to Spain

Hi, I am trying to call Spain from the UK, but it is saying my service does not allow it. I have a spend cap of £50 and have the international call toggle on in my plan details

Hey there @trainers34, we’re sorry to hear that.

To make an International call, you’re right in saying you’ll need to increase your spend cap to allow the call to go through, and enable “International” roaming features.

Is the number you’re calling a business, or personal phone number please?

Also, please ensure the person you’re calling has the correct features etc turned on their end.

Hi

I am trying to call my bank in Spain and my home insurance provider in Spain. They are normal landline numbers.

I went through an online chat last week and they said that their technical department would look into it. This has not happened and i’m still unable to call
