Hey there @Western Registrations, we’re very sorry to hear that.

Are you wanting help with your calls issue, or receiving a PAC code please?

Thanks,

Tyler

calls issue before tomorrow evening before i leave Spain (so i can see it works abroad).

PAC code was asked for in case this does not happen.

Thank you @Western Registrations

Can you please confirm if you are able to call out without issues?

Have you checked your handset is not currently in ‘Do Not Disturb’?

Is this happening when a particular number calls or all please?

Nat

yes i can phone out ok and phoned a UK landline this afternoon.

the phone is not in Do Not Disturb mode.

2 people from UK are getting the message that i am Refusing Calls and when i ring from here on a work phone i get the same and my Wife phoning from here too.

Thank you @Western Registrations

Can you please confirm your handset make/model?

Have you tried a manual network reset via the device settings?

Thanks,

Nat

This community article states the iD Mobile roaming partners in Spain are: Xfera, Vodafone, Telefonica, and Orange - seems odd iD chat advised trying Yoigo & Movistar, @Western Registrations.

i was asked to try Yoigo for some reason.

i am on Automatic since.

have you any ideas how to get this issue fixed ??

Perhaps try getting a replacement iD SIM, once you’ve returned to the UK, @Western Registrations

It may work properly on any subsequent trips to EU destinations.

i have an esim not a physical one.

Maybe just choose to get a physical SIM card from iD Mobile as your replacement, instead of another eSIM, @Western Registrations

yes that is a fair enough comment but i am nervous that once i go back to the UK i cannot ‘test’ a sim without being back in Europe (which i will be for 2 weeks in March so i need things to work).

it would be good if the issue could be resolved in the next 24 hours as you can understand.

Hi @Western Registrations,

It may certainly be worth testing a replacement physical SIM once your are back.

You can collect a SIM from your local Curry’s store and activate it via your iD Mobile account.
