cant call Europe

I've tried calling Spain and the message says my plan does not allow this...how can I sort this?

    Have you got a spend cap or a bar? Check your settings on the app.

        Yes Tyler I am...never had any issues before but this is the first time using ID Mobile since I switched

        Hey ​@Chris Coatsworth, you will need to ensure you’ve enabled international and roaming settings via both the iD Mobile app/website, and also ensure your bill cap is high enough to allow for charges to go through.

          Did all of that without success. 

          I've sorted the call using a freinds network.

          All of my settings are correct so really don't know what else to do.
