Cant make calls when i leave UK google pixel 8

Can't make calls when I leave the UK , keeps saying number not recognised, once I cross the boarder I can call the same number no issue , all my roaming is on both my phone and in settings ? Any idea

Can you confirm the network you are connected to?

Please can you try and manually connect to Three or Three IRL.

It's just from UK to Ireland I live north and travel south alot so it's EU
