To confirm, is the charge for £16 showing for usage whilst roaming for calls, texts or data?

If so, is this showing applied prior to the data add on being applied?

The rest of the world roaming started on 28/2 when I was in France (part of the EU).

The Data package for Morocco started on 6/3

Did you connect to, go near to, or go through any countries that aren’t included in our inclusive EU roaming packages, such as Switzerland at all?

No I didn't go through any other country apart from being on airplane mode on the plane
