I am currently in New Zealand and have payed £35 for 20GB of data but the data still doesn’t work, my data roaming is on but nothing is working

Have you tried resetting your network settings?

 

Have you tried manually connecting to Spark, 2Degrees and Vodafone?

 

Is roaming on in BOTH the iD Mobile app and the device itself?
