data roaming

I am a new user of Id and am in Sweden. My app tells me I have 190Gb of unused data. My roaming usage in this period is 608 Mb. My roaming cap is 30Gb. But my roaming data has now stopped with no message or alarm of any sort. What is going wrong?

Welcome to the Community!

The app can sometimes be delayed updating your allowances and it is being looked into.

I would advise to contact our Live Chat Team so that they can check the remaining allowance.
