my data isn’t working in turkey - how do i fix this urgently ?

    Hey there ​@fraeliasobed, sorry to hear that. 

     

    Firstly, have you enabled roaming via both the iD Mobile app/website, and your phone’s own settings?

     

    Secondly, have you increase your bill cap to allow for charges to go through?
