Hi, Just been to Holland for a few days, on arrival in Europe i had no access to data because Data Roaming was turned off before my arrival. I am unable to turn it on, i also do not have any Mobile Network information, it is all greyed out. Roaming is turned on in the ID mobile app. I’ve reset network settings, turned the phone and wifi on and off, but to no avail. How do i turn it on?
Also, I have no SIM Card details registered in my settings, i’ve taken the SIM card out and put it back in. Could this be linked to the Data Roaming issue above?
Have checked my wife’s mobile as she is with ID, she has data roaming and Mobile Networks, and also SIM card details.
