I bought a 24 hour roaming package for Hong Kong this morning, but it's not working.   Everything is switched on, but I get a message saying I don't have enough data from 3.  What is 3?  The same as ID mobile?

Unfortunately ​@RobertAitken895, when you look around this online forum, you’ll see the iD Mobile Roam Beyond data add-on seems unreliable or doesn’t work for some customers. 

If you’ve got a dual-SIM phone that’s eSIM capable, a data-only eSIM with a travel plan for Hong Kong might be a better option.

Just Google “travel eSIM for Hong Kong”.

In the UK iD Mobile, use Three UK (3 UK) as their network partner.
