My son arrived in NYC last night, I have purchased him a 5 day America data roaming pass. (The account is in my name.)
However he can not access any data, spent last night following all the advice in the forum, settings are correct, switched off and on, increased spending cap, tried manually connecting. Nothing works.
I am unable to contact him unless he is on the hotel WiFi, this does not feel comfortable, I put data on for him so that he could feel safe and 8 could have confidence but instead I am spending my time trouble shooting and failing. I never had this issue when on 3UK direct.
Can somebody from ID Mobile please pick this up and help.
