Data Roaming switched on but cannot connect to a network


My daughter has today gone to Italy - I’d checked her ID account has Data Roaming enabled (and that Italy was one of the included countries), and her iPhone settings has Data Roaming switched on but she still cannot connect to any network.

Any ideas on how to resolve?

Has she tried restarting the iPhone (with her iD SIM card) since arriving in Italy, ​@Myson1349

Sorry to hear this, have they tried rebooting as suggested above by ​@andewhite?

 

Have they tried manually connecting to network(s) whilst there instead of using automatic network selection?
