data roaming toggle not visable


I am overseas and have an iPhone . When I go into mobile services the “ data roaming” toggle is not viable ( it was when I was with Vodafone) . I can’t download data when not on Wi-Fi 

Am I missing something ?

Have you enabled roaming from within the iD Mobile app ​@Ianworkman?

Plan > Manage your iD services > Roaming

Sorry to hear that you are having some issues with roaming. Do you have the iD app? You can check it is enabled from there?

Hi yes the toggle in Id mobile has been enabled but still doesn’t show

Did you do all this prior to going abroad? The roaming guide information states you must enable roaming before going away.

Only things left to try are a reboot of the phone or perform a network reset.

It’ll be worth using manual network connection too instead of automatic.
