Trying to add data roaming for Turkey last couple of days but error message states can’t add and try later. I fly today 🙈 anyone else had this? I’ve tried the network reset and check my phone and plan is set for data roaming. ID can’t help as they say they’ve issues 🙄🙈 Thanks

Okay @Sunshinegirl, if you’ve got a dual-SIM phone with eSIM capability maybe get a data-only eSIM with a travel plan for Turkey instead.Just Google “travel eSIM for Turkey” to see some options.

@andewhitethank you, I’m in my 60s and that’s a bit past my tecky capabilies 🙈 I’m going to see if I can get anything at the airport and someone to help if ID can’t sort by then 🤦♀️ thank you though for your help, I should have got my kids to sort for me before leaving home. Always been with EE since the 90s and no issues only just left as my daughter did the switch for me 😂🙄
