Why is my data not working in the USA?
I need data to be able to navigate around the city
I was able to purchase a data pack which hasn’t worked
I have had text messages confirming the pack and costs
calls and texts are working fine but yet no data

Can you please confirm which network you are currently connected to and if any alternatives show when manually searching for a network?

Hi I tried them all and ended up giving up and it’s not worked the whole time I have been here
I see there are lots of posts about having no data in America. Why are you selling a data package if it’s not usable?
I will contact customer service for a refund when I am back
