I bought roaming for switzerland. I . As a vulnerability customer myself, and with a child with cancer, I can't get hold of my medical team in the UK, not could they get hold of me!! ID has locked my phone for in, and outgoing texts and calls. It has taken 3 days on a live chat to be told it a GLITCH. A mistake on IDs side. ID has made a mistake. Switzerland roaming doesn't work, even when paying extra. . They "kindly" reimbursed the roaming charge they falsely took from me. For medical reasons. I have to go to Switzerlandfor a few times a year. I can't use a mobile service that doesn't allow me to purchase roaming. IDs answer to that? " buy a local sim". I need my phone number! IDs answer? Fixed my spending cap to £50, making it impossible for me to put it higher, afraid i will have to make calls which i cant pay. . I have been a mobile customer for dozens of years with Three and EE. Never ever had such terrible service. They will not allow me to cancel my contract despite not providing basic services. I would have hoped that getting confirmation about my child's cancer and medical need to be in switzerland would have helped. . No such luck. Shameful
