I have travelled to Spain recently and I was unable to use my data there. There was 4G connection but it did not connect at all. Could you give any advice of what to do? Thanks in advance.

Hello @Cofez ,
There are quite a few things that could have resulted in why you weren't able to connect to data services abroad when you visited Spain recently.
As you've only mentioned date, my assumption is that calls & texts were okay?
If so, then the 2 steps to try would be:
Enable Data Roaming on the handset from the handset settings
Configure the correct Access Point Name (APN) settings to allow you to roam
We've already set the steps out in the topic here.
Check it out before you go abroad and configure the settings accordingly.
Will you be going abroad recently again?
