domestic physical sim not working after esim

Went to Japan for 3 weeks and used an esim on my Pixel 

 

I've come back and can't get signal on my domestic id mobile SIM. 

 

I've tried the usual resets etc 

 

Can anyone help?

      Try doing a manual roam and selecting the network manually rather than automatic.

      Unfortunately don't have that option. 

      The phone cannot seem to pick up the SIM. 

      I can't see it in network/SIM settings

      I am sorry to hear you are experiencing issues since returning to the UK.

      have you deleted the eSIM from the handset?
