Fair Usage in Ireland

I have an unlimited data only sim for my router and I am going to be traveling in Ireland (northern and ROI) for 6 weeks. Does the below statement from ID mean that the fair usage policy will not apply to me and I can use my unlimited data as if I was at home? 

'our fair usage policy applies to all Roam Free destinations, excluding Ireland'
