I’m on holiday in Rhodes Greece but my rate service text says im In turkey and wont let me access my allowance.

You need to make sure you are roaming on one of the following Greek network providers: HELLENIC TELECOMMUNICATIONS ORGANIZATION S.A. (OTE S.A.), Wind Hellas, Vodafone Greece.
