Help no roaming and its turned on in my app

I arrived in Spain and I’ve no internet access. Used WiFi in hotel and checked my app and both are turned on.  But nothing. I’ve toggled them and still nothing. 
 

I’ve an iPhone 16 and I can’t find a roaming setting. I’ve got a esim.   Can anyone help please.
