how do I see how much roaming data I have used

The app says I have unlimited data, but I am currently overseas and know there is a 30gb cap.

my bill shows my usage, but I can’t find current usage.

There is no cap currently so roam away. Feel free to put a £0 spend cap just incase to avoid any out of allowance charges.

I joined iDMobile in November 22, however I upgraded my plan in April 25

Does this mean because I ‘joined iD or upgraded on or after 21st June 2023’ that I am limited to 30Gb data roaming?

Hi @ukkid35

You are not limited to 30GB while roaming. You can use your data allowance abroad just as you would in the UK.

So, if you have an unlimited data plan, you can continue using your data in our free roaming destinations in line with your plan’s allowances.

I have been limited to 30 GB while roaming and have been charged, so the information above is clearly not the case anymore
