How do I set up call forwarding on iPhone 13 mini?

Hi, I have an iPhone 13 mini. Trying to setup call forwarding. I tried the built-in feature in settings, but every time I leave the page, the number disappears and it becomes disabled again. Please can you help/ potentially set up the call forwarding for me?
