Hi
To make the call, you will need to ensure you have enabled the international calling feature within your iD Mobile online account and that you have increased your bill cap to account for the price of the calls.
Also, please make sure you are using the Hong Kong dialling code before each phone number. This would be +852 if you didn’t know already. 🙂
