I bought roaming in turkey but doesn't work

I bought roaming data for 10 days first time 8th of June till 18 th of June and did work,

but again I charged it foe next 10 days, and doesn't work at all.

I had in live chat but you didn't help me.

When you search for a network manually, are you presented with multiple options? If yes, have you attempted them all?

If your iD Roam Beyond data-only add-on didn’t work at all, just ask for a refund, ​@Afsaneh

I buy my one yesterday 31.05 .2026 for 10 day ... I'm in Turkey and also doesn't work ... I been try everything...and unfortunately nothing help.... Where l can get refund.? .. Now l use WiFi in hotel and also have to pay for that ...
