I bought roaming in turkey but doesn't work

I bought roaming data for 10 days first time 8th of June till 18 th of June and did work,

but again I charged it foe next 10 days, and doesn't work at all.

I had in live chat but you didn't help me.

I look forward to hearing from you due course.

    If your iD Roam Beyond data-only add-on didn’t work at all, just ask for a refund, ​@Afsaneh.

    we are sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with using your data roaming add on in Turkey. 

    When you search for a network manually, are you presented with multiple options? If yes, have you attempted them all?
