In Cádiz, i have upped spend cap, reset network. Cannot fial local vose of 856 but can dial down the road on 956. 856 was working two fays ago…

iPhone 11

Today cannot dial 956 area but can dial 856 next door.

856 just cuts off but hotel dialled themselves and their line is operational.

Tried Vodafone ES and Orange ES but no joy.

Reset phone etc, upped spend cap but no joy.

Any pointers?

    Hi there ​@sunil1234, sorry to hear that. Is the issue only with calling this one number? Does everything else work okay for calls, texts and data?

     

    What phone do you have?

     

    Also, are you dialling the correct area code?
