I arrived in the Netherlands on Monday 21 October. I had accumulated a 7Gb data allowance on my plan, because of minimal usage. Within 24 hours, the entire allowance was used and in the app it showed I had no data left for the rest of the month. But there is no way I used that much data. In fact, when I go into my phone setting and check the data usage there, it tells me I used 98.90Mb (ie not even 1 Gb) of data between 30 Sept and today (24 October). I would expect there to be perhaps some discrepancy between what my phone considers data use and what IDmobile measures as data use. But I would not expect such a massive difference. Not happy. Any help appreciated. This has happened before. As far as I can tell, data roaming in the NL is included in my plan.
