On other networks you can purchase an add of 500 minutes which allows you to call 1 x over seas country, it is 5£ to 7£ a month extra. Do ID Mobile offer something that is the same?

We don’t offer International add-ons, however, you can purchase & use add-ons when in an inclusive EU Roaming destination.
e.g. If you used up all your allowances and bought an add-on when in Spain, this would work.

Have you ensured that the roaming services are activated within your online account? Additionally, ensure that your phone is connected to the Korek Telecom network when in Iraq.
