Isn't Greek Islands data included in the package?

I used my internet peke on the Greek island, so-called Greece included, now they ask me for 45 pounds. He told me that the islands were not included in customer service, but he wrote an information link to me.

Thank you for reaching out, and I'm sorry for the confusion regarding the £45 charge you received while using your phone in the Greek islands. I understand why this would be concerning, particularly if you understood Greece to be included in your roaming allowance.

To help prevent unexpected roaming charges when travelling, we'd recommend setting your Bill Cap to £0 before you travel. This will prevent chargeable out-of-plan roaming usage from being incurred.
