Lack of service in Italy unusual

I am a long standing  customer I travel to Italy very often, never had a problem with network coverage. Yesterday I have arrived and I don't have any service network available. Roaming is on, telephone android the same, bills paid. Cannot understand please help need network urgently for work.

    Hey there ​@Susannadg, thank you for reaching out. Have you enabled roaming via both the iD Mobile app/website, as well as the phone’s own settings?

     

    What network are you connected to there?
