Hello, I asked for my pac code on 13/10/24 and I was given a pac code. When I got a new phone, the pac code didn't work, so I had to contact ID mobile on 8/11/24 for a new pac code. For some reason, I have been charged for another month when I haven't used ID mobile since 13/10/24 when I asked for the pac code. Please cancel this payment
