Despite following all the instructions and tips, I am unable to get roaming g to work I  Australia. Does anyone know how or who I contact for a refund?

Did you purchase an add-on for Australia?

Hi, I purchased before leaving UK. I've checked all roaming options via my phone and through the App, checking each step and covering networks, roaming, SIM options (and lots of attempts myself, and a savy IT friend). I've also searched networks and registered for all 3 listed for Auatralia (Optus, Telstar and Vodafone). 

 

I've ended up buying an e-sim otherwise I am so dependent in wifi.
