Making calls from France

II don’t seem to be able to make calls or texts whilst in France.

 

I can receive texts and mobile data is working so I am connected.

Okay @Niamh H, in this situation sometimes the following can help: 

  • Allow popup windows in your web browser. 
  • Try using a different web browser.
  • Try opening the Live Chat in an incognito / inprivate window in your browser.

Otherwise, try sending iD support a private message using Facebook Messenger.

You probably need to contact iD customer service, @Niamh H

The forum members here, like myself and yourself, can’t look at customer accounts for privacy and security reasons.

Yeah tried Firefox and Edge with no joy, had to download Chrome in the end

Are you still having issues with this?

 

Were you unable to use any calls while in France or just certain ones?
