My daughter is going abroad to Australia and travelling maybe to Thailand does ID cover this area? Is there any extra charge going for 120 days

Hey there @Shabishop, usually, it would cost out of contract charges for roaming in Australia. However, we’ve recently introduced one-time purchase add-ons for roaming in certain countries, which includes Australia. Please find more details below:

Therefore, you can either purchase add-ons specifically for roaming in Australia if you wish, which would be cheaper than out of contract charges. Or, you can increase the bill cap via the iD Mobile app to an amount you’re happy spending, to allow for calls, texts and data to work there.

Also to note, Thailand will 100% have to be out of contract charges, for the bill cap will need to be changed to allow charges, which can be found via the second link I sent above.

Thanks,

Tyler
