Mobile Data not working in Hungary

Account has “Roaming” services on. Number seems to receive messages okay but mobile data does not seem to be working. Keep getting the “E” on my Iphone. Can anyone help please ?

Oh dear @aven - you might need to try the iD online Live Chat service for assistance. 

The iD chatbot works 24/7 and the advisers work until 8pm (UK time) on weekdays - tell the bot you want to “talk to a person”. 

Otherwise send a private message to iD support using Facebook Messenger.

Have you tried a NETWORK RESET on your iPhone, @aven?

The iOS user guide has the procedures for resetting the device.

Perhaps double-check you’re connecting to one of the iD roaming partners for Hungary, @aven

These are: T-Mobile and Telenor.

Interesting. It seems my only options are 1. Yettel, 2. Vodafone or 3. Telekom. No option to select T-Mobile or Telenor ...

Try Telekom, @aven - I think they took-over T-Mobile in some EU destinations.

Ah. Changing Telekom doesn’t provide any service at all - no bars appearing.
