Mobile data not working in Italy

Hello, This is my second trip to Italy with no data. In March I could get anything, so ordered new SIM. Still no data now I’m back in Italy. Is there anything I can try to get it working? iPhone 12 Pro

If calls and texts work in Italy, the APN value might be incorrect, @ajdmcr.

The correct value is “id” (in lowercase).

Maybe worth trying a NETWORK RESET on your iPhone, @ajdmcr.

Thanks, I tried that and it’s still the same - 4G / 5G flashes up next to battery then disappears. I’m going to try sim in another phone, then contact ID tomorrow if no better.

Sorry, meant to reply to andewhite earlier.

 

i had a dig about in settings, trying to find ANP. Couldn’t find it, but looking through different settings, I did find a VPN profile from Lebara, my previous supplier. Deleted this, and mobile data started working.
