I don't see my plan roaming and wifi calling on. Id mobile app

This means that I do not need to show my plan on the website.

The iD Mobile app and the iD Mobile online portal are the same thing in regards to the account. One uses an app you install on a phone or tablet or other handheld device, whereas the 2nd option uses a URL and is not a website but a web based portal.

mobile ID This means that I have this package.

Yes if that’s what you see on the App (or online) then yes that’s your package

Minutes, SMS and data (up to 30GB) to 50 destinations worldwide

Yes 50 worldwide destinations is what it says, just be mindful that only EU (and a few non EU) countries currently form part of iD’s free roaming. Some other destinations are chargeable for ALL use of your phone.

Having roaming and WiFi calling on shouldn’t have any bearing on the iD Mobile app, meaning neither should stop it from working @mosul1974 

But if you can’t use the app, why not use the online method instead, you can do all the things the app does on there too?

I want to see my plan, how many GB I have and how many countries to use it in? why I can’t see you.

So you can’t view how many GB you have on the iD Mobile app AND the online link I posted?

 

You need to look for roaming on their site for this info:

https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/eu-roaming

Also on that link you can check other non EU destinations.

Hey there @mosul1974, welcome to Community!

 

If you want to view your plan, you will simply need to login to the iD Mobile app/website. This should show you how many GB you have left and all your plan details, as well as being able to turn on/off data roaming etc.

 

Wi-Fi calling should be an internal phone setting you can turn on/off via your phone’s own settings.
